The Latest Round of Vandalism...

It is more than evident that Bay Pointe ownership needs to make a commitment to investing in the construction of a community fence that incorporates motorized car-entry, perimeter cameras and access-card gates and entry-ways.

The lastest round of vandalism that can be seen in the south side of our community evidences either a need to make our community more secure or Bay Pointe management must follow stricter criteria in who it's renting to. Either way, those of us who pay a premium price for "luxury apartments" deserve and demand exactly what we have been paying for.

certappr,

You keep wondering while Conrad keeps wondering whether you're really working in the interest of tenacious tenant? I mean, why would a multimillionaire philanderer employ such an illiterate 52 year teddy bear to do a man's job? You are doing a great job. Thank you.

Good Luck with your pipe dreams hope it all works out for you. Looks like it hasn't worked out for so far and just keep doing the same wrong things and the results will be the same.

If keep those female impersonators deals going on MySpace it will land you up as a star on 20/20 getting arrested for the teen boys you contact using KGB Tricks you know hahahaha

Hope you have learned one thing in your 33 years of life is what goes around will come back around and get you. If not you will very soon and keep up the great work and love your show.

Have a great day hahahaha
